~6 abs programme~
ok i just wake up...hahahs..ma body its like so sore rite now...all thanx to my new year resolution..which im taking it seriusly..like really...!!! its day 5 to ma 6abs programme...ytd afta ma nite shift...did a 3km run....followed by carrying weights n hundreds of sit ups...den i was totally knock out from 11am when i reached home till like 7pm...hahhaa...afta dat soccer at fico sports hub from 9-12...hahaha...food now its like hmmm....controlled...!! hahs...like fer da first time now i nid to tink twice if i want to eat sumting...hahaha...so ma target is like feb 14...yup...!!
feb 14 n i hafto get ma 6 kids....!!! hahahahaha....
i dun noe y i just got da urge to go to sentosa....hahah...seriusly....well i haf 2 free tickets to sentosa plus a trip to underwater world...free luge skyride...free dolphin show...10% off fish spa...hahahhaa..coolness or wat....anyone care n kind enuff to accompany me...?? ahhaha..
aniway....i was watching ellen degeneres show at scv and her special guest was beyonce....omg i was soo in love with her new song....!! well i tink its a new song...lols...n she cried while singing...omg....listen to the song manne...lovely...!!
